Away from the office and studio though, we’re equally adventurous and recently enjoyed a teambuilding weekend on the Isle of Wight.
Despite the difficult economic conditions, the last twelve months have been among the busiest in our history and have seen us move into new, larger premises in order to support the continued growth of the business. As a result, we were understandably ready for a little relaxation.
Ten of the team came along for the trip and took part in an energetic two days of walking, eating and drinking. We even found time to visit an amusement arcade and had great fun playing on the old fashioned 2p machines.
The weekend also provided the perfect opportunity for us to exchange thoughts on our next generation of creative design solutions and ways in which we can work with clients to provide an even better service in the future.
As a result, we were able to come back with a number of exciting ideas which will be developed further over the coming months.
